At Momento Photobooks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion keepsakes and accessories. If your order isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your memories are preserved exactly as you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Momento account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to maintain the item's condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the quality of the returned fashion items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
